Jeremy started his recruitment career in 2004 having been previously employed in business development and sales leadership in manufacturing and construction. Initially employed by one of NZ’s most recognised sales recruitment companies Jeremy progressed into management before starting his own enterprise in 2010. Build People was born from Jeremys extensive network of senior leaders and business owners in the building industry, as well as a hugely significant candidate database that only years spent specialising in a market can offer.
When not involved in the pursuit of talent and the running of Build People he enjoys Boxing, Motorsport, target shooting and coaching 1st 15 Rugby. Jeremy lives in Remuera with his family and is a keen socialiser, most comfortable enjoying a catch up with mates over a wine or two!

Chloe started her recruitment career in 2012 in the freight, transport and logistics sector. In 2015 she established her own recruitment brand, while steering the ship she went into business with her then husband and started an interior construction company that currently employs 22 staff.

Natasha (Tash) started off her recruitment career as a Recruitment Specialist with our sister brand, Gunn Talent, and has recently moved over to our Construction Search brand to work with closely with our General Manager, Chloe Stenson. Group Operations Manager
Bryar's role is varied, assiting our 'house of brands' and working closely with Jeremy Wilson and Jo Wilson from an operational perspective. Operating out of the same premisis, Bryar works across our four speialist rbands, Build People, Gunn Talent, O'Neils Personnel and Construction Search, to maintain the smooth running of the business and making sure all systems and processes are pristine with the strong focus on the finances.
Sales Support Receptionist
Sarah is our Sales Support Receptionist and is the welcoming face that greets you when you’re visiting our offices. Sarah assists the Sales team in administrative tasks and works alongside our Operations Manager to ensure all the back-end things are running smoothly.
Sarah has completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management & Sustainability at AUT and has a real passion for environmentalism and sustainability.
When not assisting the team in their day-to-day tasks, Sarah enjoys hanging out with friends, going to gigs and festivals and is always keen on a cheeky cocktail or two
